KOREMLL est une coop\u00e9rative de cr\u00e9dit cr\u00e9\u00e9e en avril 2018 \u00e0 La Victoire, une commune isol\u00e9e du d\u00e9partement du Nord d\u2019Ha\u00efti. Cette initiative est le r\u00e9sultat de la participation de 30 membres de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 un programme de certificat de leadership CLE ax\u00e9 sur la mise en place de collaborations intersectorielles pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique communautaire. Dans ce programme, les participants ont cartographi\u00e9 les actifs de la communaut\u00e9 et analys\u00e9 les flux \u00e9conomiques entrants et sortants de la communaut\u00e9. Ils ont identifi\u00e9 un besoin g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019acc\u00e8s local au cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 faible taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. En utilisant les outils de gestion financi\u00e8re et de budg\u00e9tisation du cours, ils ont \u00e9galement identifi\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9pargne communautaire pour r\u00e9pondre collectivement \u00e0 ce besoin.<\/span><\/p>

Le r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 KOREMLL. Commen\u00e7ant avec 32 membres et un capital de d\u00e9part de 16 000 Gourdes, en juillet 2019, elle avait atteint 113 membres et des actifs financiers de plus d\u2019un million de Gourdes. En s\u2019appuyant sur le capital issu de l\u2019\u00e9pargne des membres, KOREMLL a lanc\u00e9 un magasin communautaire qui vend des produits de base qui n\u2019\u00e9taient auparavant pas disponibles localement. Selon les membres, le magasin a r\u00e9duit les risques et les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s aux d\u00e9placements sur de tr\u00e8s longues distances pour obtenir ces produits de base. Les membres de la communaut\u00e9 qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interview\u00e9s ont affirm\u00e9 que KOREMLL a chang\u00e9 leurs vies et leurs entreprises.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
