Discover the Chanpyon Lakay 2023 winners and finalists

CLE looks forward to building strong partnerships for young entrepreneurs and leaders in Haiti. We are aware that the climate in which young people evolve requires even greater technical and financial support. That’s why we continue to invest in innovative ideas and initiatives that bring hope and change to communities. For this fourth edition, we would like to make some important changes to the original format of this competition:

  • Participation is open to anyone who has met the selection criteria. Normally, this contest was reserved for members of our network.
  • After experts have reviewed the entries to choose the 10 finalists, we’ll move on to a public voting stage to determine the 5 Chanpyon Lakay.
  • The five Chanpyon Lakay winners will each receive $2,400 (300,000 HTG) and the runners-up will receive $500 (65,000 HTG).
  • The five winners will then compete for the grand prize of $5,000 (650,000 HTG) in a live virtual competition before a jury of investors and experts.
  • All finalists and winners will benefit from a year’s incubation as participants in a CLE ANGAJE program, launched in early 2024.
