This year, 100 young entrepreneurs from across Haiti are now part of a 12 month incubation experience designed to challenge and grow their vision. Coming from diverse areas across the country, they are united by a strong commitment to building a better future through social entrepreneurship and community action.

Participants benefit from training focused on values-based and service-driven leadership, as well as essential skills to launch and manage social enterprises .
Personalized Support and Coaching
Young entrepreneurs receive tailored guidance through expert mentorship, peer learning, and business consulting services. This support helps them structure, refine, and grow their initiatives effectively.
Ecosystem Building
ANGAJE promotes continuous data collection, network building, and access to flexible funding to help turn innovative ideas into concrete, sustainable solutions.

CLE is mobilizing catalytic capital and targeted technical support to accelerate the growth of women and youth-led social enterprises in Haiti. Through the ANGAJE program and broader ecosystem partnerships, we are creating a powerful model that combines flexible financing with deep capacity building.

Le programme Angaje est un programme de bourse (fellowship) destiné à développer le leadership des jeunes leaders travaillant dans le domaine de l’entrepreneuriat social et du développement communautaire, sur une durée de 12 mois. Ce programme offrira aux boursiers des formations, un encadrement, des conseils et une assistance technique, afin de les aider à développer leurs connaissances et compétences pour réaliser leur vision de changement pour eux-mêmes et pour leur communauté. Le programme les aidera également à construire un réseau solide pouvant soutenir la vision de leur entreprise sociale.
Ce programme s’adresse aux jeunes Haïtiens âgés de 18 à 35 ans, qui :
- – Ont une initiative ou une idée innovante visant un changement social ou économique ;
- – S’engagent à réaliser un changement social durable dans leur communauté ; et
- – Ont la capacité de présenter clairement leurs idées et une forte motivation pour réussir.
Un bon candidat pour le programme doit :
- – Proposer une solution d’entreprise sociale innovante à un problème ou une opportunité dans sa communauté ;
- – Démontrer un engagement envers le travail communautaire et social en présentant ses expériences passées ;
- – Montrer sa capacité et son engagement à réussir dans le programme ;
- – Pouvoir communiquer clairement ses idées à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Les candidatures seront ouvertes du 16 octobre au 24 novembre 2025. Les candidats pourront soumettre leur candidature via le lien disponible sur toutes nos pages de réseaux sociaux (CLE Haïti). Si les candidats rencontrent des difficultés pour soumettre leur dossier, l’équipe CLE sera disponible pour les assister.
La formation abordera les sujets suivants :
- – Développement personnel et leadership
- – Entrepreneuriat social et développement des affaires
- – Bases du marketing et de la finance
- – Innovation sociale
Il n’est pas obligatoire d’appartenir à une organisation pour postuler. Cependant, le candidat doit être capable de démontrer sa capacité à mobiliser les membres de sa communauté pour soutenir ses objectifs et sa vision.
Oui, il est possible de soumettre un projet en équipe ou à titre individuel.
Le lien de candidature sera disponible sur l’ensemble des réseaux sociaux du CLE ainsi que sur son site web.
Les candidats pourront remplir le formulaire de candidature en ligne ou le formulaire papier, disponible dans les trois chambres de commerce des femmes entrepreneures et professionnelles des départements de la Grand’Anse, des Nippes et du Sud.
Une fois le formulaire complété, les candidats devront le scanner et l’envoyer par WhatsApp au numéro suivant : 2816-2324.
Après la soumission de leur candidature, elles recevront un courriel de confirmation attestant que le CLE a bien reçu leur dossier.
La candidature est entièrement gratuite pour toutes les participantes.
Si vous êtes sélectionnée pour intégrer le programme, vous devrez verser un frais de participation symbolique de 5 000 gourdes (paiement unique) afin de confirmer votre place. Toutes les séances de formation, activités d’accompagnement et autres composantes du programme sont gratuites.
Les participantes auront à assumer uniquement leurs dépenses personnelles.
Le programme ne prévoit pas de financement direct pendant la période de formation. Cependant, après les 12 mois de formation et d’accompagnement, les participantes deviennent éligibles à d’autres programmes et initiatives offrant un soutien financier, tels que :
- – des concours d’innovation,
- – ou d’autres opportunités lancées par nos partenaires.
Ainsi, ce programme sert avant tout de plateforme préparatoire pour permettre aux participantes de mieux profiter des opportunités de financement disponibles par la suite.
La phase de formation du programme se déroulera à travers deux séminaires en présentiel d’une durée de 5 à 6 jours chacun, organisés dans la ville des Cayes.
Les activités d’accompagnement se poursuivront ensuite en ligne pendant le reste de l’année.
Ces activités représenteront environ 25 à 30 heures de travail par mois pour chaque participante et incluront :
- – la planification et l’exécution d’activités,
- – des recherches,
- – du mentorat, entre autres.
Le processus de sélection comprend plusieurs étapes :
- Remplir le formulaire de candidature en ligne avec toutes les informations requises.
- Évaluation du dossier afin de vérifier la motivation, l’engagement et le potentiel de la candidate.
- Entretien (ou appel téléphonique) pour mieux comprendre le profil et les objectifs de la candidate.
- Sélection finale et publication de la liste des participantes sur les canaux officiels du programme.
Les candidats ne peuvent soumettre qu’une seule candidature.
Si plusieurs candidatures sont envoyées, seule la première reçue par le CLE sera prise en compte.
Le programme Angaje n’est pas un programme de financement, mais un programme de formation et d’accompagnement conçu pour renforcer les compétences des jeunes entrepreneurs.
Son objectif principal est de vous outiller, de vous encadrer et de vous préparer à saisir, par la suite, les meilleures opportunités de financement et de croissance disponibles à travers les réseaux de partenaires du CLE.
Le programme est ouvert à la fois aux initiatives individuelles et collectives. Cependant, dans le cas des initiatives collectives, un.e seul.e représentant.e du groupe pourra participer aux séminaires en présentiel. Les autres membres auront néanmoins accès aux ressources et activités en ligne proposées durant la phase d’accompagnement.
