FAQs

The ANGAJE program is a 12-month fellowship designed to strengthen the leadership of young changemakers working in social entrepreneurship and community development. Through this program, fellows receive training, mentorship, guidance, and technical support to help them build their knowledge and skills and bring their vision for change to life for themselves and their communities. The program also supports participants in building a strong network that can help sustain and grow their social enterprise vision.

The objective of the program is to develop a new generation of leaders capable of designing and implementing innovative solutions to social and community challenges, while strengthening their leadership and project management skills.

The program focuses on initiatives with social or community impact, led by young people seeking to provide sustainable solutions to local challenges through social enterprises.

By the end of the program, participants will have strengthened their leadership and entrepreneurial skills, structured and developed their projects, expanded their professional network, and gained practical tools to continue growing their initiatives.

The program is delivered in a hybrid format, combining in-person activities with online support sessions, to encourage both collaborative learning and flexibility for participants.

At the end of the program, participants join the broader CLE network, allowing them to continue benefiting from opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and support in developing their initiatives

To date, 101 strong and viable businesses have emerged from ANGAJE’s incubation program alumni.

Participants are expected to actively engage throughout the 12-month program by attending training, mentorship sessions, and participating in various program activities.
